We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and with our services. We understand that online shopping can be tricky and we want to help you find the correct order. We stand behind our products and quality and want to make sure you find your perfect artwork.

All photographs may be viewed by the client on our website prior to purchase. However, if there is anything wrong then please contact us, so we can find a way to help you out. In case we agree to return the order, we are not responsible for the postage of your package or a return package gets lost. The items must be returned and posted within 14 days of receiving the items to action an exchange, receive a store purchase or a refund.

Please keep in mind that we are a small local business and that we value each and every order. A lot of love, work and dedication goes into each order and it is a greater impact for us if the items are returned. If you are not pleased with your purchase or received items, we always do our best to help and find a solution.

SHIPPING

ALL OUR ORDERS COME WITH COMPLETE DOOR TO DOOR TRACKING.

Orders will be packed within 3 days of purchasing (not on weekends). Shipping time is dependent on location. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your package arrives and is confirmed by the shipping carrier that it has been delivered, we are not responsible for the loss or theft of your package. We ship worldwide.
